Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. No-shows & Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
At the time of your appointment a 15 min grace period will be provided, after that you will be asked to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
